It commenced its operations sometime in October 2002 at Poblacion, Minglanilla, Cebu. (Approved subdivision plan from DENR)
Qualification of Property/ies:
- Must have right of way at least three (3) meters wide going to the property.
- Transfer Certificate of Title has no emcumbrances/restrictions and other legal defects
